We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If any issues with your purchase from Potane, Inc., you may return your item(s) to us for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (less shipping & handling charges or processing fees).

Please contact us at support@potane.com and provide the proof of issue before returning your product. We will send you the return address once confirmed.

Any return that is not notified to us in advance will be considered as lost packages.

To ensure prompt processing, we recommend using a trackable shipping method and including a copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt. If you do not have a copy of your packing slip, please enclose a note with your reason for return.

Refunds on returned item(s) will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase and should appear as a credit in your account within 1 – 2 billing cycles.
